FIELD: spraying devices; applicable in sanitary-engineering equipment, mainly, in the form of spraying nozzles for shower and water-distributing devices. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal atomizer has body with vortex chamber, inlet channel and outlet spraying nozzle. Vortex chamber is made in body with side conical surface and inlet channel is located tangentially to said conical surface. Diameter of outlet channel and its length equal to 0.2-0.6 of inlet channel diameter. Height of conical vortex chamber equals to 2.4-5.9 of inlet channel diameters. Angle of inlet channel inclination relative to end of atomizer body is above 0 and below or equal to 65 deg. EFFECT: higher efficiency of flushing due to uniform finely dispersed sprayed liquid and economy with simple design of centrifugal atomizer. 4 cl, 2 dwg
