FIELD: military equipment, applicable in self-propelled artillery guns, tanks, infantry fighting vehicles and ship artillery mounts. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the fact that ejection is produced after extraction of the shell case by applying an air impulse with a duration of 0.3 to 0.8 s to the cavity of the diffuser of the mechanism for removal of powder gases. The mixture of powder gas with air is discharged from the fighting vehicle together with the shell case. The mechanism for removal of powder gases from the gun bore is made in the form of nozzles feeding the air impulse to the diffuser cavity. The diffuser is installed behind the gun breech and provides for direction of gas flow from the breech to the fighting vehicle hatch for extraction of the gun case. The nozzles are inclined at an angle of 15 to 20 deg to the bore axis towards the shell case extraction. EFFECT: reduced gassing of the fighting compartment at gun shooting and expanded field of application of the barrel blow-through ejection system. 2 cl, 2 dwg
