FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention is designated for using in agriculture field, in particular, for preparing fodder agents enhancing biological value of animal diet. For preparing granulated fodder components: barley, wheat bran, sunflower oil cake (or soybean, or rape, of flax oil cake), powdered lime, sodium chloride, sunflower hydrofuse (or soybean, or rape, or flax hydrofuse), sunflower husk, fodder waste (pea, millet, buckwheat and others) are dosed, stirred for 3-4 min and the ground. Sunflower husk is ground to size 1.0-2.0 mm with all components simultaneously in flow movement, then hydrofuse is added in the amount 1.0-5.0%, stirred again for 1-2 min, steamed out and granulated at temperature 120-150 C, under steam pressure 0.2-0.5 MPa, sieved and granule crumbs are separated for repeated granulation and cooled. Fodder comprises components in the following ratio of parent substances, wt.%: barley, 5.0-15.0; wheat bran, 5.0-22.0; sunflower oil cake, 5.0-10.0; powdered lime, 1.0-2.0; sodium chloride, 0.5-1.0; hydrophuse, 1.0-5.0; sunflower husk, 5.0-20.0; fodder waste, 15.0-30.0.
