FIELD: mining; applicable in development of oil and gas deposits, deposits of various metals such as uranium, copper, gold and others by method of underground leaching, and in many other cases of system drilling-in of underground horizons by boreholes. SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of wastes for burial, injection of wastes in boreholes and their isolation from bore. Burial is carried out dispersedly by boreholes and uniformly over deposit area with additionally effected hydraulic ruptures in beds in boreholes, and wastes supply to formed fissures. Hydraulic fracture is carried out in uncased bore, in zone under casing string shoe after drilling-in said zones with use of pulp conducting pipe string in the form of drill-pipes lowered to zone of anticipated hydraulic fracturing. Said wastes are injected through drilling end and pulp-conducting pipe string bottom is provided with sand jet nozzles which are used for washing-out of cavities for subsequent performance of hydraulic fractures.
