Part of active element closest to pump lamp contacts over its entire length the sapphire holder and opposite part comes in contact with metal plate whose reflectivity is minimum 0.85; plate thickness B, active element diameter D and sapphire holder inner diameter d are interrelated by expression B/D = 0.25-30; D/d = 0.90-0.95.
