SMOKER-OVEN Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: smoker-oven has casing composed of vertical telescopic sections, flue positioned under detachable vertical partition wall, which divides smoker-oven into two chambers. In case smoker-oven is free from partition wall, flue is connected with upper section provided with rotary supports. Pots are mounted on horizontal wall of upper section so that they may be moved into smaller lower section equipped with fire grate and door. Smoker-oven is made mobile and collapsible and may operate in smoking and cooking modes allowing food to be prepared simultaneously in several pots.
