FIELD: mortars for manufacture of ceramic brick. SUBSTANCE: ceramic mass contains, mass-%: easily fusible clay, 15-24; carbonate silicide zeolite-containing rock, 46-55 and zeolite-containing clay which was activated mechanically preliminarily, 30-39 of the following composition, mass- %: zeolite, 26-36; opal-cristobalite, 3-27; calcite, 0-5; quartz, 1-10; glauconite, 0-4; clay minerals, 20-65. Brick produced from this mass has low volume weight at high heat-insulating properties. Compressive strength of material ranges from 19.6 to 27.1 MPa; volume weight of solid article ranges from 1.23 to 1.37 g/cu cm and volume weight of article with hollowness of 22% ranges from 0.96 to 1.07 g/cu cm. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 ex
