FLOAT FOR FISHING RODS AND TRACKLES Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: amateur and sports fishing. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used with different fishing rods and with industrial fishing equipment. Proposed float has housing in form of hollow cylinder accommodating device in form of piston to control lifting force and sensitivity of float to biting. Cylindrical head with diameter close to size of inner diameter of hollow cylinder of housing is fitted on rod. Conical branch pipe with axial hole is found on outer side of hollow cylinder bottom. Said branch pipe is designed for connection with end piece hermetically fitted on and changing into metal keel with ring to pass fishing line. Such design simplifies process of control of load lifting capacity and sensitivity of float to biting of bait on hook, improves accuracy of adjustment of float to suit tackles used at fishing without changing mass of float and value of load rigging.
