FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control systems of injector and carburetor internal combustion engines and is designed to prevent unauthorized starting of engine at hi-jacking. Proposed control system comprises disk to be mounted on engine shaft on which top dead center mark is made and at least two additional top dead center marks made symmetrically relative to central axis of disk, pickup. Pulse shaper, processor with permitted access-to-control system detector made in for electronic lock with dynamic cryptocode and out-put pulse shaper are placed in circuit between pickup and control unit. Processor is coupled with multiplexer by means of at least one multiplex bus. Multiplexer is furnished with inputs for service devices and it includes data input-output interface. Personal computer with corresponding diagnosing program is connected to processor through input-output interface.
