FIELD: military medical equipment, applicable for evacuation of wounded from difficult-to-get-at places, for example, from combat vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the device has a canvas belt with two metal semi- rings and a canvas cover plate. The canvas cover plate is made for placement on the crew member seat and provided with lateral and two longitudinal belts with buckles, second and third cover plates of canvas, two rigid inserts, upper and lower immobilizing boards. The immobilizing boards are hinge-joined to each other for locking in the developed position, and to the canvas belt they are joined by means of a rope and loops positioned on its back side around the edges of the immobilizing boards. In the initial position the device is fastened as a case by the mentioned belts to the crew member seat. If the crew member is wounded, the belts release the wounded and are used for fastening of him in the canvas belt, which by means of semirings is attached to the external hoisting gears, due to which the process of evacuation of the wounded from the combat vehicle gets mechanized and accelerated. Besides, the all-round close envelopment of the wounded without his displacement relative to the canvas belt, immobilization of the body with preservation of mobility of legs in the knee joints minimizes the danger of the secondary traumatizing and at the carriage to the nearest shelter including.
