FIELD: animal science. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with enzymosterilization of beef bulls due to single injection of fermentative preparation out of pancreas and small intestinal mucosa into each testicle at the ratio of 110 IU proteolytic activity/1g testicular tissue weight. Taking into account all zootechnical, physiologo-biochemical and morphological values the present method has got high advantages against conventional methods of fattening in both castrated and noncastrated animals and against a prototype, as well: in comparison to surgically castrated animals additional body weight gain corresponds to 20 kg live body weight or 16% during 5 mo of experimental period, against noncastrated bulls - 3 kg, and against commercial papain preparation - 13 kg. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex, 4 tbl
