FIELD: automation of process of electric gas cleaning. SUBSTANCE: device for automatic control over operation of electric filter has level indicator of permissible level of ash coming into hopper as result of its critical fall from one of electrodes. Operational reliability of ash removing unit is determined by time of hopper filling above preset level. Device is inserted with two timers, AND gate, warning device of hopper overfilling. Ash removing unit includes hydraulic gate and vibration liquefaction grid that comes in the form of interjoined lattice sections attached via rod to electric motor drive of ash removing unit. Ash removing unit is low-frequency vibrator of vertical vibrations. Height of tie plate of hydraulic gate should be not less than height of arrangement of upper section of vibration liquefaction grid.
