METHOD OF WELL REPAIR BY MEANS OF CREATION OF ARTIFICIAL ANNULAR SPACE IN TUBING STRING Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas production, particularly, technology of intensification and repair of wells with use of coltubing technique and gas injection plant. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of process fluid into tubing string through flexible pipe from coltubing plant with simultaneous supply of gas-fluid mixture to well annular space from gas injection plant. Receiving line of gas injection plant connected with process fluid vessel is connected with gas pipeline. Gas injection plant rises pressure in its pressure line in 1.2-15 times. Supplied to pressure line of gas injection plant is gas-fluid mixture. Provision is made of use of nitrated gas-fluid mixture produced by autonomous gas generator of gas injection plant in case of disconnection or absence of gas pipeline. Gas-fluid mixture is supplied to flexible pipe of coltubing plant from gas injection plant only, and process fluid from coltubing plant. EFFECT: extended process potentialities in well repair, reduced time for conduction of repair, and cut-down cost of well servicing and workover. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
