Each blade has curvilinear surface oriented forward with its convex part and equipped with restrictor positioned peripherally of curvilinear surface. Projection with threshing edge is positioned behind restrictor. Slit is defined between threshing edge and restrictor. Transporting plate located behind slit is inclined backward relative to roll radius. Transporting plate facilitates removal of threshed grains beyond threshing roll. Beater of such construction may be used in panicle crop seed harvesting machines. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 1 dwg
