FIELD: plants for separation of solutions and suspensions; treatment of natural and waste water; thorough cleaning of tap and artesian water for obtaining high-quality drinking water; chemical, food-processing and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed membrane separation plant includes starting solution reservoir, centrifugal cleaner, membrane apparatus for separation of solution into concentrate and permeate which are interconnected by means of pipe lines; concentrate outlet pipe line is provided with branch for connection with starting solution reservoir, thus forming recirculating loop and some shut-off and regulating valves. According to invention, proposed plant includes hydraulic accumulating reservoir connected between centrifugal cleaner and membrane apparatus and solution deionization unit fitted on branch. Plant is also provided with additional pipe line with shut-off and regulating valve connected to recirculating loop before and after solution deionization unit and hydraulic seal fitted on concentrate outlet pipe line after branch; solution deionization unit consists of filters connected in succession. Their filter elements are made on base of H-cation exchange resin and OH-anion exchange resin, respectively. Plant includes at least two concentrate flow rate counters one of which is fitted on branch and other is fitted before hydraulic seal; one shut-off and regulating valve is located before hydraulic seal and other is fitted on branch in section between additional pipe line and water deionization unit.
