SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises carburettor-mixer with air flow rate meter diffuser, throttle valve, intake manifold, reducer-evaporator and constant pressure regulator with above-diaphragm space communicating with atmosphere and under-diaphragm space, with spring-loaded valve. Above-diaphragm space of constant pressure regulator is connected through jet with-critical section of air flow rate meter diffuser.
