SUBSTANCE: device is designed for generating high-power directive electromagnetic microwave pulses for actuating objects incorporating radio-electronic facilities and may be used for generating high-power electromagnetic noise to damage surface-mounted, overhead, underground, or underwater components of radio-electronic facilities. Device has flexible mirror antenna, feed designed for feeding it, and case attached to suspension system of parachute which accommodates microwave electromagnetic pulse generator, switch, and power unit; antenna may function as parachute for which purpose its surface reflecting microwave electromagnetic pulses is made of electricity conducting fabric. Antenna surface may be made in the form of parabolic cylinder. Part of case surface facing antenna surface may be made of radioparent material and may be made detachable.
