FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting wide ridges; providing local applying of mineral and bulk organic fertilizers; planting potato tubers in one, two or three lines; providing pre-emergence tillage of wide ridges by means of rotary rippers and/or profiled toothed harrows combined with three-tier hilling hoes; providing postharvest tillage by means of rotary rippers combined with three-tier hilling hoes; providing hilling by means of two three-tier hilling hoes or two pairs of disk hillers combined with three-tier hoe; ripping plow layer on loamy water-logged soil during cutting of ridges and in case of compressed soil during hilling centrally of spacing.
