FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: grinder has grinding chamber with bottom partially or completely made in the form of grid-classifier, at least one electrode mounted on closure, charging hopper, chute partly disposed in upper part of grinding chamber so that distance between from chute edge proximate to electrode to grinding chamber wall opposed to charging hopper is 0.5-1.5 the distance from electrode to said wall. Additional grid my be introduced into electric hydraulic grinder, with grid cell size being equal to 0.1-0.35 the space between chute and hopper bottom. Ratio of grid size to with of charging hopper outlet opening may be within the range of 0.2-0.5. At least one part of chute may be mounted on pivot joint and at least part of chute may be made in the form of grid. EFFECT: increased efficiency, enhanced reliability in operation and provision for stable operation of grinder. 6 cl, 3 dwg
