FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: device has body 1, movable member 2, measuring strip 3, pusher 4 connected with movable member 2, rod 5 and reading unit 6. Body 1 has outer cylindrical measuring surface 7 with axis OO and inclined hole 8 whose axis O1O1 is located at angle α relative to axis OO of body 1 intersecting with this axis and longitudinal slot. Movable member 2 is located in hole 8 of body 1. Measuring strip 3 is located in longitudinal slot of body 1. Plane of symmetry of longitudinal slot passes through axes OO and O1O1.. Measuring strip 3 has cylindrical measuring surface 10 and is connected with movable member 2 by means of hinged joint 11 whose axis is perpendicular to plane passing through axis OO of body 1 and axis O1O1 of movable member 2.
