FIELD: sorbents. SUBSTANCE: regeneration is accomplished in two vacuum-utilizing stages. In the first one, high pressure fall velocity takes place in adsorber to reach residual pressure 10- 20 kPa and, in the second one, vacuum value already reached is maintained and simultaneously zeolite bed is purged with dry gas at flow velocity 0.05-0.1 m/s. EFFECT: enhanced regeneration efficiency.
