SUBSTANCE: driving mechanism includes inlet rod of actuating servodrive; unit for transmitting motion with quasi- stable neutral position; outlet rod with two coaxially mounted sealing valves. Two seats are arranged between valves in housing. Unit for transmitting motion with quasi-stable neutral position is in the form of first double-arm lever rotating on first axle mounted in housing. First arm of first double-arm lever is joined with outlet rod. Second axle is mounted on second arm of said lever. Second lever is mounted on second axle. Second lever is joined with inlet rod and through shut-off mechanism with second arm of first lever. EFFECT: enhanced operational accuracy of driving mechanism having unit for transmitting motion with quasi-stable neutral position. 3 dwg
