SUBSTANCE: rotor- type windwheel has frame flywheels , blades hinged in flywheels for turning and cyclically engageable with stops and blade turn limiters secured on flywheels; novelty is that blades are planar structures and axis of revolution of each blade divides the latter into unequal parts, ratio of their surface areas being 10 : 1 to 3 : 1. According to invention rotor-type windwheel blade incorporating rectangular sheet secured to axis has the latter secured on sheet and spaced apart from edge through 1/10 to 1/3 of blade length.
