FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: after calving cows should be subcutaneously thrice injected with ozonized colostrum at 48-h-long interval at ozone concentration of 2.0-2.5 mg/l at the dosage of 20 ml in addition to single subcutaneous injection of depolene in the period of 5-6- mo pregnancy. Application of this method provides the increase of conception rate up to 100% at the decrease of insemination index up to 1.6 and that of period duration from calving to successful insemination up to 79 d.
