FIELD: water and steam boilers burning gas coal. SUBSTANCE: device has furnace incorporating tilted feed screw communicating on one end with bottom bin and provided on other end with contraction retort that is fitted with air conduit and air spacings; fire grate tilted through 2 to 20 deg. and assembled of refractory-steel overlapping bars with transverse air spacings that incorporates mechanism in the form of eccentric vibrator for setting discrete and/or permanent 40 deg. displacement within the range of 3 to 10 mm; ash-and-slag collector with fixed bars; sections of water- tube heat-transfer panels and side sections of water-tube heat-transfer panels disposed on left- and right-hand parts of furnace relative to its central position which are provided with gas-tight vertical partitions, water lines of left- and right-hand sections of water-tube heat-transfer panels being connected in series and water inlet being also used as stack gas outlet; three-way gas conduit formed by gas-tight vertical partitions of side sections of water-tube heat-transfer panels and swivel chambers.
