SUBSTANCE: method for producing ferment-containing photomaterial that has substrate and light-sensitive layer includes substrate covering with light-sensitive solution incorporating acrylated light-sensitive derivative of proteolytic ferment, acrylamide, N,N'-methylene-bis- acrylamide, ammonium persulfate, N,N,N',N'- tetramethylethylenediamine, and water followed by its drying; light- sensitive solution is polymerized in inert gas environment. Glass, lavsan, triacetate film, or paper may be used as substrate. Substrate may be covered with capron net. In the process half-tone positive or negative image is obtained.
