FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to design of unit connection in covers of gauze structure and can find employment in various dome structures. Unit includes metal sheathing, metal ribs of dome of T or double T section with bosses, pressure strap and fastening bolt. Peculiarity of approach consist in that thin-sheet cover is cut along profile with rectangular bend and each pressure strap has section accommodating comb section of boss and is attached to the latter with the aid of self- threading bolt. Clearance between bend of sheet sheathing and protrusion of pressure strap does not exceed design value which is function of value of lateral load on sheet of sheathing- Δ = F(Pdes). EFFECT: increased resistance of joint connection to pulling of sheathing with simultaneous simplification of mounting. 1 cl, 2 dwg
