FIELD: decrease of slip of thermoplastic packaging films. SUBSTANCE: system has parts of the surface of the first and second films and a binder of a fibrous structure located on part of the surface of the second film and fastened to part of the surface of the second film and fastened to part of the surface of the second film, opposite the slip on the surface. Part of the surface of the first film is made rough with bosses on the surface, the height surface of the film exceeds half the minimum thickness of the binder fibre. The fibrous structure of the binder is loose to such a degree that makes possible penetration of part of the mentioned bosses into the fibrous structure due to the fact that there is a free space between the binder fibrous parts for part of the bosses. The mentioned binder located on part of the surface of the second film is positioned partially or completely on such a section or such sections of the surface of the second film, which by means of the binder are joined or, when used, may be joined to the rough surface of part of the surface of the first film or to the rough surface of part of the surface of the other film having a roughness of the same quality as the roughness of part of the surface of the first film.
