CONCRETE RING AS COUNTERWEIGHT ON CAUSTIC TANK OF WASHING MACHINE Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: concrete ring is made in the form of annular part with U-shaped section. Ring is open at one part side, through which concrete-containing mass is charged into it. Connecting member is positioned along outer perimeter of concrete ring for coupling with caustic tank. Trough-shaped slots are formed on free end edges of U-shaped strips of concrete ring and projections mating with slots are formed on outer side of concrete ring lower part at the level of diameter of U-shaped strips of concrete ring. Employment of such concrete ring as counterweight on caustic tank allows continuous caustic production to be performed and place occupied for concrete hardening to be reduced due to stable stacking of concrete rings.
