The oscillator output is connected to voltage-to-frequency transducer input which output is connected to luminous pulses source and calculating unit inputs. The calculating unit output is connected to indicators unit input. The device also has impulse shaper using signal drop characteristic, which input is connected to testee button output and its output is connected to calculating unit input.
