Gel further comprises propylene glycol and allantoin as moistening substances, and hydrolyzed milk protein or milk-peptide complex, water-alcoholic or water-alcoholic-glycerin extract of cornflowers, green tea extract in propylene glycol or water-alcoholic-glycerin sweet-Mary extract as biologically active additives, stabilized form of sodium or magnesium ascorbilphosphate as vitamin C, carbopol or carbomers or CAKAП, or CAKAП-P as gelling substances.
