SUBSTANCE: composition is distinguished by additionally containing ethylendiamine-based ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block copolymer, alkyl phosphate, complexon, and triethanolamine. In particular, composition contains, wt %: polyethylene glycol C10-C13- or C10-C20-alkyl ethers or C10-C16-fatty acid monoethanolamides, or propylene trimer-based alkylphenols, 2-20; polyelectrolyte demulsifier, 1-7; block copolymer, 5-25; triethanolamine, 1-10; oxyethylated phosphoric acid alkyl ester or its potassium salt, 1-5; complexon, 0.5-2; and sodium C11-C18- alkanesulfonate, the balance. In order to lower pour point and to improve appearance, composition can further contain 20-30% aliphatic C1-C3-alcohol and 10-20% ethylene glycol or propylene glycol.
