FIELD: electrical engineering; electronic relays. SUBSTANCE: relay has series-connected intervening current transformer, first rectifier, and second threshold unit; series-connected intervening potential transformer, second rectifier, and third threshold unit; first AND gate whose first and second inputs are connected to HIGH and LOW outputs of second and third threshold units, respectively; second AND gate whose first and second inputs are connected to LOW and HIGH outputs of second and third threshold units, respectively; OR gate whose first input is connected to output of second AND gate; counter whose complementing input is connected to output of first AND gate and zero setting input, to output of OR gate; series-connected first threshold unit whose input is connected to counter output and final element; and also series-connected one-shot multivibrator whose output is connected to second input of OR gate and clock generator whose output is connected to third inputs of first and second AND gates.
