FIELD: digital radio communication, formation of signals with quadrature phase modulation in systems transmitting discrete information. SUBSTANCE: main point of invention consists in provision of continuity of instantaneous values and first derivative of formed signals on boundary of symbols. Procedure forming signals with quadrature phase modulation lies in splitting of carrying oscillation into cophasal and quadrature oscillations, in formation of cophasal and quadrature harmonic signals by division of frequency of cophasal and quadrature oscillations by factor of (4k+1) where k is integer, in such shifting of manipulated videosignals through half-duration of symbol that phases of cophasal and quadrature harmonic signals match phases of cophasal and quadrature oscillations at start and finish of each symbol, in phase-shift keying of cophasal and quadrature oscillations through 180 degrees by manipulating videosignals, in balance modulation of cophasal and quadrature binary-manipulated oscillations by cophasal and quadrature harmonic signals and in summation of obtained oscillations. EFFECT: decreased level of out-of-band radiation in process of transmission of formed radio signals with maintenance of high efficiency of transmitter. 3 dwg
