FIELD: polymers, cosmetics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stable polyorganosiloxane gel comprising gel-bound hydrophilic groups. These groups are prepared by hydroxylation reaction of unsaturated polyorganosiloxane resin, cross-linking agent carrying hydrogen atom- -linked with groups S_i-H and hydroxylable unsaturated hydrophilic substance in the presence of effective amount of the hydroxylation reaction catalyst. At least part of this reaction occurs in the presence of at least 60 wt.-% of oily composition comprising at least 50 wt.-% of low-viscous polyorganosiloxane. By effect of shifting strength cross-linked organosiloxane compositions form stable preferably noncompatible gel that can be used , in turn, for preparing stable emulsion with large amounts of usually noncompatible hydrophilic liquids. Invention relates also to method for preparing polyorganosiloxane gel, homogenous stable emulsion and cosmetic product also. Invention provides to prepare viscosity-free gel from early available and practically nontoxic components that cane be emulsified without usage of units with extremely high pressure and without prolonged highly shifting moving that is able also for preparing cosmetic products no forming oiliness perception after their application on jacket or film.
