FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in increase of oil production on oil deposit with complicated geological structure. SUBSTANCE: method includes drilling of producing and injection wells and initiation of fracturing of producing formation rocks to provide for hydrodynamic communication between wells. Drilling of wells located in formation sections of low permeability is carried out with ultimate permissible bit load and bit maximum possible rotation speed for formation of rock secondary fracturing. In course of oil deposit development, development of filtration flow directions is periodically defined more accurately and correction of drilling of corresponding wells is effected for regulation of filtration flows. EFFECT: increased oil production from producing formation by regulation of rock secondary fracturing in well drilling and filtration flows of formation fluid associated with said fracturing. 1 dwg, 2 ex
