METHOD OF OPERATION OF OIL-WELL JET PLANT AT HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OF FORMATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method inlet funnel with shank, packer and jet pump are mounted from bottom to top. Channel to supply active medium, channel for pumped out medium and stepped passage channel with seat between steps are made in housing of jet pump. Said assembly is lowered on tube string into well, with inlet funnel arranged not lower than top of formation. Then packer releasing is carried out and radiator and receiver-transducer of physical fields together with sealing unit are lowered into well through passage channel of jet pump housing of logging cable or wire, sealing unit being arranged on logging cable or wire higher than tip for connecting radiator and receiver- transducer of physical fields and placed on seat in passage channel of jet pump housing with provision of reciprocation of logging cable or wire through sealing unit. In process of lowering, background measurements of temperature and other physical fields from wellhead to well bottom are carried out, and then radiator and receiver-transducer of physical fields are arranged over top of formation by delivering of liquid medium under pressure into active nozzle of jet pump building in steps several differential pressure and recording each time bottom- hole pressure, composition and physical parameters of fluid getting from formation, and well production rate. Then, with jet pump operating at preset value of differential pressure on formation, radiator and receiver-transducer of physical fields are displaced along axis of well in zone of formation, and inflow profile, parameters of formation fluid, bottom-hole pressure and changes of physical fields in bottom-hole and remote zones of formation are recorded with provision of possibility of carrying out said operation several times, both at above-indicated preset value of differential pressure of formation and at other value of differential pressure. Then delivery of liquid medium into jet pump is stopped and radiator and receiver- transducer of physical fields are taken out from well together with logging cable or wire and sealing unit. Then functional insert for recording formation pressure restoration curves in under-packer space of well is lowered along tube string and installed in seat of passage channel. Insert is installed together with sampler unit and self-contained instrument equipment with pressure, temperature, production rate and formation fluid composition pickups and, by delivering liquid medium into nozzle of jet pump, required pressure differential on formation is built, and after expiration of designed time of drainage of formation, delivery of liquid medium into nozzle of jet pump is sharply stopped and registration of formation pressure restoration curve in underpacker space of well is done. EFFECT: improved reliability and increased capacity when carrying out examination of oil well jet plant at hydraulic fracturing of formation. 4 dwg
