FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for converting reciprocating motion into rotary motion and back. Proposed mechanism contains disk multilobe cam with number of lobes multiple of three, pusher in form of yoke-clamp clamping cam in two diametrically opposite points by shafts-rollers installed between plates of yoke clamp and interconnected by pins with rigidly secured rod and held moving along guides located symmetrically at both sides from axis of cam rotation. Profiled outer surface of cam provides equal distance between diametrically opposite points on surface of cam at its rotation and imparts reciprocating motion to pusher. Invention precludes wedging and provides adequate contact over entire length of contact surfaces of roller and cam and cuts down weight of shaft and reduction gear.
