FIELD: power control systems of aircraft, control actuators and automatic pilot of small-sized guided rockets and missiles. SUBSTANCE: aerodynamic unit of missile includes vanes and steering machines kinematically intercoupled and possessing labyrinth sealing between piston and power cylinder in the form of rectangular-section grooves in piston. Piston is made of aluminum alloy, is hollow on both sides and carries cylindrical protrusion with conical hole inside accommodating spherical head of rod, it is installed in cylinder with provision of permissible value of clearance. Spherical head of rod is produced from stainless steel thermally treated to obtain high hardness. Ribs of combs of piston are rounded to ensure reliable deposition of coat. Surfaces of piston and cylinder are coated with chromium electroplating with porous structure of coat on piston and dense structure on cylinder. Surfaces of rubbing combs of piston and surface of conical hole in cylindrical protrusion of piston are impregnated with lubricating oil. Rounding of ribs of combs can have radius from 0.4 to 0.6 mm.
