FIELD: applicable in operation of oil, water and other wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of active fluid medium through tubing string to jet device nozzle. Passive medium is pumped out by jet device from formation zone through tubing string. In this case, prior to performance of said operations, channels for intake of both media to jet device are closed by means of blocking insert installed in tubing string. Packers set to transportation state and well under-packer zone is treated with active zone with help of hydraulic pulse device with withdrawal of a part of medium through packer from well to surface. After completion of said treatment, packer is set to working position and blocking insert is replaced with depressive insert. Channels of input of active and passive media to jet device are isolated from each other. Passive medium is pumped out through check valve system installed on tubing string below packer. Used as hydraulic pulse device is pressure booster, with flat-jet head in lower part, installed below perforation of well zone. During treatment, pressure booster assembly is lifted along well to provide for formation of flat fan-shaped jets with pulse frequency of 50 to 300 per minute and pressure above 1.5-2.5 values of static pressure value in well at formation level. At each step of treatment, additional depression stimulation of formation is accomplished by means of pulse-depressing device installed on ground surface. Depression stimulation is realized under conditions of hydraulic impact and abrupt opening of well preliminarily loaded with pressure.
