FIELD: electro-hydraulic actuators. SUBSTANCE: proposed actuator is provided with hydromechanical unit made in form of locking hydraulic cylinder and leverage consisting of lever with roller at one arm and differential bell crank; midpoint of bell crank is articulated with second arm of lever and end points are connected with locking hydraulic cylinder by means of articulation rods and spool valve distributor; when power rod is in mid position, roller is engageable with taper surface on power rod and is pressed to it simultaneously by locking hydraulic cylinder and spring located coaxially relative to spool valve distributor.
