SUBSTANCE: invention presents way to display message of request of registration at terminal of local radio communication line if it was not registered in company rendering services. Way includes stages on which there are established if terminal of local radio communication line is energized, if identification number of terminal of local radio communication line ( electron serial or phone number ) registered in company rendering services is stored in controller and then message of request of registration of above-mentioned terminal of local radio communication line is presented on display if registered identification number was not found.
