SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing cement, concrete or ferroconcrete articles, closely to plasticizers with enhanced technological effectiveness and availability of components. Additive to cement-containing mixtures comprises humic acid salts in the amount 0.3-0.35% of cement weight. Humic acid salts preliminary subjected for high-temperature alkaline hydrolysis are used as humic acid salts. Also, humic acid salts 20% aqueous solution with pH value 11.0-11.5 can be used as humic acid salts. Invention provides a simple method for additive preparing as dry powder, elevated seizing time and strength of cement-containing solutions.
