FIELD: oil producing industry, particularly, technology of oil recovery with use of chemical substances for restoration or increase of producing formation permeability. SUBSTANCE: composition includes hydrocarbons and acid in form of mixture of formic, acetic, propionic, butyric, succinic acids and water with the following amounts of components, wt.%: hydrocarbons 1.0-5.0; formic acid 3.0-10.0; acetic acid 20.0- 60.0; propionic acid 5.0-14.0; butyric acid 1.0-3.0; succinic acid 1.0-3.0; the balance, water. EFFECT: higher efficiency of clay swelling suppression in treatment of mudded-off, mudded-off - carbonized terrigenous and carbonate reservoirs, stabilized and increased permeability of formation bottomhole zone. 1 tbl
