SUBSTANCE: time relay has first and second intervening transformers, first and second primary windings whose input terminals function as time relay input terminals, and secondary windings, as well as first, second, and third relay coils with make contacts, first, second, and third decoders, first through twenty-first resistors, first through eighth capacitors, first through sixth transistors, first through sixth flip-flops, first through tenth AND gates, first, second, and third light-emitting diodes, first through eighth diodes, voltage regulator diode, rectifier unit, binary counter, first, second, and third change-over terminals. Proposed design enables generation of several time-dependent states of relay output process- control variables in protective gear of stationary systems.
