SUBSTANCE: random signal generator that may be used as video-frequency and high- frequency noise generator operating in desired frequency band and that has master oscillator 1, pseudorandom sequence generator 3, frequency divider 8, and band filter 11 is provided in addition with first and second Schmidt flip-flops 2 and 7, first and second modulo two adders 4 and 10, phase shifter 6, low-frequency filter 5, and pulse generator 9.
