FIELD: medicine, phytotherapy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations used for treatment of patients with cholelithiasis. Invention proposes preparation as 70% an aqueous-spirituous extract of four medicinal plants: agrimony officinalis, field horse-tail, common milfoil and quinquelobate motherwort taken in quantitative ratios: 3:1:1:1, respectively. As shown in the model experimental calculous cholecystitis every day administration of the preparation for 30 days by batch doses 3.0 ml as 20% solution, 6 times per 24 h, 15-20 min before and immediately after eating in the dose 0.5 ml results to normalization of lipid metabolism, recovery of gallbladder structure and elimination of concrements of cholesterol nature from gallbladder that has been shown by ultrasonic analysis, biochemical and morphological data.
