FIELD: equipment for manufacture of rocket solid fuel charge. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base and shell, rod provided with two disks and pressing nut and extending through charge. Lower disk has radial protrusions of height equal to thickness of armored coating to be applied to side surface of insertion charges. Upper disk is provided with air exit channel and excessive armoring composition discharge channel. Distance between disks rigidly fixed on rod is equal to length of charge for providing regulated tightening, centering and end sealing of charge. Apparatus allows armored coating to be formed of compositions with viscosity of up to 4,000 P over outer surface of solid fuel channel charges with required thickness and outer diameter sizes, and deformation from axial power force acting upon charge during armor application process to be eliminated.
