FIELD: oil producing industry; applicable in process operations involved in removal of asphalt-resinous and paraffin deposits and reduction of carrying-out of rock particles from bottomhole zone. SUBSTANCE: method includes successive injection into bottomhole zone of aqueous dispersion of calcium and water acidified with hydrochloric acid up to pH of not above 5, with ratio of hydrochloric acid and calcium exceeding stoichiometric value by a factor of 1.5-2. Prior to injection of said components into well, aqueous suspension of bentonite clay is injected. Should water permeability of formation be lost after performance of thermochemical treatment, repeated perforation of formation oil-saturated part is undertaken. Technical result of claimed method realization is increased efficiency of thermochemical treatment of bottomhole zone and extended range of its application due to volume colmatation of near bottomhole zone with additional process component and subsequent its stabilization in bottomhole formation zone at high temperatures that results in reduced inflow of sand to bottomhole with good well productivity. EFFECT: higher efficiency of method. 2 cl, 2 ex
