SUBSTANCE: composition for oil withdrawal has liquid hydrocarbon, oil-soluble surfactant Neftenol NZ, stabilizer of said composition with water repellent properties - calcium chloride, water and additionally dibutyl phthalate or diethyl phthalate, with the following amounts of components, wt.%: liquid hydrocarbon 10.0-20.0; oil-soluble surfactant Neftenol NZ 0.3-3.0; stabilizer with water-repellent properties - calcium chloride 5.0-10.0; dibutyl phthalate or diethyl phthalate 1.0-3.0; the balance, water.
